We are building a crash game on Stake Engine.  We noticed Paper Plane Crash by TopSpin appears to show true multiplayer shared rounds  - a live player feed with real concurrent bets, a shared multiplier, and an ALL BETS / MY BETS / TOP tab system.

We have two questions:

1. Is Paper Plane Crash built on standard Stake Engine RGS or a custom integration not available to all developers?

2. Is true multiplayer shared round support available to all Stake Engine developers? Or is it a feature still in development?

We want to know whether to design our crash game for single player sessions or shared rounds before we start building.

The support is truly a disgrace, and the mods... some aren't even native users. The moderators were supposed to be handling the applications, and the support, in theory, was only for PBA, and some of them lack knowledge. We also demand dedicated support, that they bring in the remaining providers, and that they return the ranks to those who are missing them. A week's delay is enough to cause major problems... I expect a response and a solution. Thank you very much.

The only thing I did was participate in promotions and events that were officially organized by Stake. I never used multiple accounts, abused any system, or knowingly violated any rules. That's why the suspension came as a complete surprise to me.

What makes this even more frustrating is the timing. My account was banned right before the Stake vs Eddie event was about to end and rewards were expected to be distributed. After spending time participating in the promotion, being locked out at that exact moment feels incredibly unfair.

I'm genuinely asking: what rule did I break? If I violated something, I would appreciate a clear explanation. But if simply participating in a promotion can lead to an account suspension, then what is the purpose of offering these promotions in the first place?

I've already contacted support and hope they will review my case fairly. In the meantime, I'm curious if anyone else has experienced something similar. Any advice or feedback from the community would be greatly appreciated.
