How are winners chosen?

When you post on the forum you will be assigned both a page number & a post number. Towards the end of the stream I will draw 5 random pages for each VIP host to choose winners from.

Essentially you're hoping that I draw your page number on live stream & that the person assigned your page picks you as a winner! I will also draw 7 random post numbers. If your post number is drawn you will also win.

What is your Stake username? 
My username is akalixmaster. 
How much time on average do you spend on chat every day? 
I usually spend about 8-12 hours on chat daily, interacting with members, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a smooth flow of events for all the members. I am mostly active during busy hours but also log in and out at different hours of the day.
Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? 
The basic responsibility of a moderator is to ensure that the environment where users interact is friendly welcoming and respectful. This means they will have to monitor conversations boundaries, deal with those who cross them, help those who may have questions and work with another group if problems emerge. An efficient moderator does not only do surveillance but causes waves, motivates members of the community to talk, helps to solve the problems, when it is necessary directs the problems to the other members and gives the solutions to the problems.
Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? 
I would like to be a moderator, as I like building up the community and making sure everyone has fun while using the services. I want to ensure the chat stays in order and the people in it remain positive and cordial which makes me think that I can share multiple skills which include communication, conflict resolution and attention to detail in this position.
Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? 
Indeed, I did receive a warning/mute once before, as I admit that I did not read and understand the rules properly back then. I have since then, thoroughly gone through the policies and made it a point to adhere to them. This experience has actually taught me the essence of rules in a community as well as the importance of moderators in such places.
Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? 
Yes, I have worked previously as an online moderator on kick and participated in discussions on chat channels, enforced rules and helped other members of the site. This stood me in good stead as I learned the ropes of moderation with patience, tact and speed.
Are you ready to work at night?
Indeed, working the night shift does not pose any difficulties to me. On the contrary, I relish working night shifts and it has come to be an ordinary task in my daily activities. I am ready to be alert and active at this hour to keep a positive experience of the community.
