2. I dedicate six hours daily to engaging with the community, sharing my insights on bets, and having meaningful conversations with members.
3. I answer questions, help people understand the purpose of this chat, and maintain a positive and respectful environment.
4. My goal is to assist others while expanding my own knowledge. I’m eager to learn and grow as a moderator at Stake, knowing this role offers valuable opportunities for personal and professional development.
5. I have moderated responsibly, though I did receive a warning once on the Philippine channel for running a trivia giveaway. I also muted a user in the English channel when a personal reaction impacted my judgment, but I’ve learned from these experiences to better manage my responses.
6. I have prior moderation experience as well. I’ve served as a moderator on the streaming platform Kick (under the username “vespertimshady”) and on Discord, where I was responsible for prize distribution.
7. I am committed and adaptable, often working overnight and ready to assist on short notice if there is a staff shortage. I’m always just a call away to support the team whenever needed.
