Especially in the last few weeks, TR chat mods (Mitkenso, Ozerbank, 10thoss, Therewego 133) have been constantly experiencing chat jumpers in the chat, and they can't seem to combat them. If they were doing their job properly, they wouldn't allow this. Instead of answering questions, they're being condescending and harassing their customers, the stakers. It would be better to conduct a survey or have community managers check the TR chat for themselves. Sometimes, there's not a single mod in the chat for 3 or 4 hours, and people engage in all sorts of intrusive behavior (like posting links to other sites). I'm very bothered by this, and it would be much more helpful if those who are bothered by this would share their experiences below this post.

Hello, I've been a user for about three years and have deposited thousands of dollars into the site and am an active user. The moderators in the Turkish chat took tips from an account named 777aldo and held two raffles. They distributed money to new accounts that didn't meet the terms and conditions, which were unfair. Furthermore, the moderators speak so arrogantly and condescendingly to us users that they treat us like Eddie. We invest money here, receive service, and are your customers. We should be happy, but we're being scolded by the moderators. Please be careful with the moderator @mitkenso, even send a message to the chat and ask the users. No one is happy with this moderator. He treats everyone with arrogance, and many of my friends have left the site because of the moderators. They are unfair and prioritize people they know. We've been experiencing a frequent lack of mods in the Turkish chat for the past two weeks, and we're requesting live support to send mods to our chat or using global chats for assistance. Mods don't work 24 hours a day; after all, there are four mods working in shifts, and when they work six hours a day, this problem isn't common. Sometimes, late in the day, there are no mods in the chat for three or four hours, depending on Turkish time. This leads to spam and disorganization. A solution is urgently needed.

The moderator's duty is to keep the chat in order and to first warn those who do not comply with this order and then to punish those who do not comply within the rules.
Being a moderator allows me to contribute to the management of Turkish chat in a more fair and ideal way under more suitable conditions.
I've had conversations with mods that I thought weren't doing their job before.
I have previously served as an ambassador to the Turkish community in some crypto organizations.
I am especially active from 12 pm to 9 am Türkiye time.
