Same thing has happened to me multiple times and no, there is not a reason listed in the email and no point in reaching out to support because despite the generic reason they give it you prove that it happened after you claimed little to no drops they say they are not sure why and it is handled in another department and they cannot do anything to help.
So no one knows how to avoid getting code banned?

I have no idea who my affilate is but supposedly have one associated with my account since I couldn’t add another. I asked support who my affiliate is but they said they could not tell me. Any one know if there is a way to figure this out?
