维护聊天室秩序，引导聊天队伍，注意每个人是否讨论敏感话题。对于新用户，向他们发送聊天室规则。引导新用户不懂的问题，提醒他们不要违反规则。对于违规用户，按照规定禁止其发言。每天记录违规行为。

4.你为什么想成为这个聊天的版主？ 
我每天花大量的时间在质押，所以我经常在聊天室里和其他用户交流。我认为我有能力在聊天室营造更好的动力。如果我成为主持人，我一定会更加全心全意地投入到这份工作中，为权益贡献自己的微薄之力。可以带大家体育滚球为权益贡献自己的微薄之力。
