So i checked on fairness & verified it with the Active Client seed & Server seed. SO on Nonce 48 it shows that it should had been a win but that was not the case. So i can i report this? can someone guide me.

I hit once but such a bad timing, i had very low balance and was doing the bets at 0.01 and it hit 1000x but in return i just got 10 🤐 FML

Best Wager for me was Plinko > Medium > 16 Give it some time and it will eventually hit 41x or 110x and will recover the loss it has made. Recommended bet amount will be 1% of your total balance and doing it manually and not on auto

Hey @angelmen even i got a similar email. Not sure why was this done, when asked with the support they said they dont have any idea about this. When asked in forum they say ask the support. I had claimed drop bonus back to back so maybe that can be the reason but it should be clearly mentioned and just not leave user to guess.

Hello! Here is a suggestion that will be useful for all players. Give the option to pin a message for Mods so they can pin chat rules or imp announcements. Like right now the whole chat is filled with people asking each other when they are going to get the bonus, so if there is a pinned msg that says from the mod that the bonus will be given on so and so date or a range then it saves a lot of time for many users, also it will allow players to chat and have some fun and not just get spammed by people asking when we will get bonus. Please make it possible
