I usually spend around 5-6 hours daily, sometimes more on weekends when things get busy.
A moderator keeps the chat clean and friendly—making sure people follow the rules, helping out new users, stepping in when things get heated, and basically keeping the community a good place for everyone.
I spend a lot of time here anyway and genuinely enjoy the community. I think I can help keep things positive and organized, especially since I speak Hindi and can bridge the gap for Indian players who might struggle with English.

I was a mod for a small Discord crypto group for about a year. Nothing too big but I learned how to handle drama and keep things fair.
I'm usually up late anyway so night shifts work perfectly for me.
