I think the 100,000 daily race prize structure should be split into VIP level brackets. each VIP level will have its corresponded prize pool. It will be fair for all users. There are lots of people including my self who spin a lot on a daily basis but not high rollers, so is impossible to match those millions in winnings against the high rollers.
