I am a plat 6 player with continuous wager and my account has been rain banned for over 6 months, i regularly deposit and play and am in huge losses however still rain banned and everytime ive contacted support they say the same answer and my host says he is helpless. THIS IS UNFAIR TREATMENT OF REGULAR PLAYERS WHO PLAY AND DEPOSIT 

And no promotion of wagering or any thing with pkr but Indians have that type of bonus.
To be fair there are too many Alt in our chat that getting rain. Every week I saw new 8 to 10 accounts in chat after that the disappears.came with new alt. It should be at least silver or more to get rain.

This is a serious concern from users of the Pakistan chat room.
Previously, rain was happening every 6 hours, and it was part of the normal system. Now, for more than one week, there has been zero rain in the Pakistan room, while bots continue to rain normally in all other chat rooms.
This clearly looks like unfair treatment or selective restriction against the Pakistan chat room. Active users are being ignored without any explanation.
We demand a clear and transparent answer:
Why is the Pakistan room not receiving any rain?
Has rain been intentionally disabled for this room?
Is this a technical issue, and if so, why has it not been fixed yet?
If this is a policy change, it should be officially announced, not silently applied to only one room.
Pakistan room users deserve the same treatment as other communities. Please resolve this issue or provide an official statement as soon as possible.
