I agree. Referrals don’t go through most of the time and support won’t help. Easier link and instructions for referrals and better link to send since it only works minimal time. They also say in the monthly bonus vip drop down that your monthly bonus is calculated by your game play throughout the month and the more you play the better the bonus. But they give you less of a monthly bonus if you win big and withdraw and then deposit back in. And no consistency with the pre and post monthly bonuses as you climb the vip ladder. I love this platform but definitely some room for improvement.
