valmistus
keitä pasta, valuta ja ota vähän pastavettä talteen
pilko chorizot ja paista tilkassa oliiviöljyä, nosta sivuun
pilko sipuli ja paprika sekä hienonna valkosipuli. lisää tarvittaessa oliiviöljyä, paista sipuli pehmeäksi, lisää paprika ja lopuksi hetkeksi valkosipuli. mausta suolalla, pippurilla sekä paprikajauheella.
pilko ja lisää tomaatti sekä tomaattimurska, anna hautua noin vartti ja mausta ripauksella sokeria
lisää kerma ja kiehauta. lisää pastavettä tarvittaessa ja testaa vielä maku
lisää pastat ja chorizot, sekoita ja anna hautua hetki
