They're basically saying he has to lose all the promo money back then they'll consider making him eligible again.

You guys realize he's just going to take his profit and never depo to stake again? So your marketing scam effectively just cost $1000+ in profit, lost a new player (that was already hooked and having fun grinding the challenges), and i will never vouch for stake to a friend again because this is shameless 
 
Not to mention it's even more shameless I have to make a forum post on his behalf because you instantly sniped his post, meanwhile I see blatant scam and phishing posts up for several minutes every single day. Just so sketchy and shameless, all this on top of the recent Chinese mod leaking challenges to his friends. But they're all eligible to win the promos 45 out of 60 times..lmfao. figure it out and pay my boy out 

I was the friend recommended, 
I completed the weekly challenges after a long grind and now am being betrayed by stake and denied the bonus I rightfully earned,
My stake username is Beerlord69
They sent me an email on Aug 4th 2025 stating I was banned from promotional play, This is while I am pending payout from the current Levelup challenge I completed that goes from July 30th to Aug 6th, 2025.
I contacted stake support and was told that I will not be receiving the bonus payout even though I have recorded proof of all my wins that qualify me. 
I made a forum post and was instantly deleted! 
 
Stake is no longer trustworthy 

I recommended stake to my friend because of the stake vs Eddie and level up promos. 
 
He completed these and then got an email saying he can't participate in promos anymore and he won't be paid out for a challenge he already completed?
 
Now he's saying Stake is a scam and I feel personally responsible because I was the one that convinced him to try out the promos. 
It is a horrible look for stake and for someone like me that's been on the site since 2021 and never had an issue, but a new player is being punished simply for winning? In a promo that is HEAVILY advertised by stake to attract players?
 
This guy is a legitimate player, only ever had one account, he has deposits & wager. He simply got lucky 2 weeks in a row on the hunt for promos. Why punish him? If this is how stake intends to treat new players, how can any of us OGs recommend the casino in good faith? 
 
If stake wants to ban real players from participating in promos, you should at least pay out challenges that were completed before the warning that they aren't eligible. 
 
On top of this, he makes a post on the forums and it's immediately removed. He messages live support and is told to kick rocks. 
 
I understand your ToS basically says all customers can F*ck off to Hell, but this needs to be addressed @Edward@NatasaC@MladenS
Do not delete this, address it.
 
I've seen players complain about this before and always given the mod team the benefit of the doubt that the player was in the wrong and breaking rules. 
 
This has confirmed that is not the case and there are legitimate players being falsely punished. Who knows how many other people are in this boat.
