Believe it or not I’ve gotten myself dug in a deep hole like that too!! Realized I needed to chill out a bit and  slow tf down lol. I really started budgeting what I could play and just playing off the winning but tbh IF I just cashed out every time I hit a decent amount,  I’d be good..
