2. I spend around 10 hours on stake in which around 2-3 hours will be on chat .
3. A moderator is the one who’s main goal is to maintain the audience in the chat, making sure that everyone in the chat follows the guidelines set by the firm. He/she is also responsible to guide the people if they have any questions and also keep the people entertained.
4. Coming from the background of Head Sales Manager, i am well experienced about how to handle the audience in case of any clash or fights, also i have a great sense of humour to keep the chat conversation flowing which will allow more people to join the chat.
5. Yes 1 time(muted) in my entire skate records , as i violated one rule which was set by stake. And i also appreciate the moderator for muting as he dint let me go for my mistake. I deserved the mute.
6. Yes, i have experience as a moderator with one Indian gaming company.
7. Yes i am completely flexible with the timing.
