Luis sat by himself in his flat in Caracas, the dim room illuminated by the light from his laptop. He was more afraid of losing his final bolívares in Crazy Time, the crazy online casino game, than he was of Halloween night. He staked everything tonight in the hopes of changing his fortunes.

Colors flashed like ghosts in the night as the wheel whirled violently. Luis's heart beat faster with each round. The screen then wavered. With dazzling eyes, a mysterious apparition whispered, "Bet more than money… bet your soul."

Despite his uncomfortable laughter, the room melted around Luis. All of a sudden, he found himself inside the game, caught in a never-ending cycle of flashing numbers and spinning wheels. Every wager sapped his soul. The game pushed him on despite his attempts to stop.
 
After slowing down, the last spin landed on "Forever."  "Your bet is locked," stated the enigmatic voice.  The game never stops.
 Luis's screen back in Caracas was dark.  Some people claim that if you hear the Crazy Time wheel spin after midnight, it's not simply chance; rather, it's Luis, who is still wagering and will always be lost in the game's sinister gamble.
