Hola a todos.
Ya muchos me conocen por aquí como Poncy369 cerca del llegar a nivel Platino I , Llevo buen rato metido en la plataforma, no solo dándole a los juegos, sino también aportando lo que puedo, desde dudas básicas hasta temas más específicos con los bonos y las estrategias.
 Sé cuándo el chat se pone intenso y cuándo alguien solo necesita una mano para entender cómo funcionan sus recompensas, sé distinguir entre un usuario con una duda real y alguien que solo viene a hacer spam o tirar mala vibra.
Paso bastante tiempo conectado, sobre todo en las horas donde el chat en español se pone más activo así como el días festivos o dominicales,  pero también en horas donde hay poca actividad logran encontrarme.
Entonces iré directo al punto me interesa postularme como moderador del chat en español porque ya estoy haciendo parte del trabajo de forma natural:
– Ayudo a usuarios nuevos
– Evito conflictos cuando se salen de control
– Mantengo el chat limpio dentro de lo posible
– Entiendo cómo se mueve la comunidad latina aquí
Sé cómo es el ambiente real del chat, no en teoría. Y también sé cuándo intervenir y cuándo no, que es algo que muchos no manejan.
Tengo disponibilidad, soy constante y no me desaparezco.
Si el equipo está considerando sumar a alguien para moderación en español, aquí estoy.

Antes que nada, aclaro: no vengo a postularme ❌, solo vengo a compartir mi opinión 💬.
Me gustaría dar una retroalimentación desde el respeto sobre por qué deberían considerar incluir un moderador mexicano.
Primero que nada, reconozco que los moderadores actuales hacen un excelente trabajo: mantienen el orden y aplican las reglas cuando es necesario. Sin embargo, desde mi punto de vista, el lenguaje dentro de la comunidad hispanohablante no es uniforme. La mayoría de los usuarios mexicanos manejamos modismos y formas de expresión distintas a las de países como Argentina, Uruguay o Chile.
Esto a veces genera malentendidos, ya que hay palabras o formas de comunicarse que para nosotros son completamente normales, pero pueden ser interpretadas de otra manera y terminar en sanciones. No es una crítica, sino una observación sobre la diversidad del español.
Desde junio de 2025, personalmente me he adaptado a muchos modismos del sur y hasta he aprendido bastante de ellos. Pero siento que ese mismo esfuerzo no siempre es recíproco. El español de América del Norte también tiene sus particularidades, y sería justo que se tome en cuenta.
Considero que un moderador mexicano podría aportar un punto de vista más neutral y ayudar a equilibrar la comprensión entre todas las variantes del idioma. Al final, la comunidad no está formada por una sola región, sino por usuarios de todo el mundo hispanohablante.
Es solo mi opinión, con la intención de mejorar la comunicación y la equidad dentro de la comunidad.

How do chat games work?
❓Trivia is a quiz where we ask questions or give riddles, and the first user who answers correctly gets a tip.
🎮Rollhunt is a mini challenge on random Stake Originals games. Different requirements are set, and user who completes the requirements gets a tip.
Both chat games usually have more than one winner, and they are always hosted in the Challenges chat room, in English language.
An important thing to note is that both, trivias and rollhunts are free to participate in. 
Minimum bet amount is never required, you can play with $0, but if you win, you will get a tip. 💸

disponible muchisimas horas al dia, nocturnas tambien. no tengo trabajo actual y estoy muchisimas horas conectado. no hay problema en eso.
Es posible que  encajara bien, ya que me postule la ultima vez, y estos años he conocido como se actua , conozco el sistema, y ayudo ya bastante de por si. Considero que seria una buena ayuda y formaria un buen equipo, y haria un trabajo justo y "moderado" siempre bajo las directrices de la administracion y la tutela de los moderadores con mas experiencia.

sobre las responsabilidades:
Moderar el chat y mantener el orden.  mi especialidad, en retrospectiva, ya lo hago un poco. 
Ayudar a los usuarios cuando sea necesario. solo  hay que preguntarlo, es posible nadie intente ayudar mas que yo. 
Reporting suspicious behavior   siempre atento, colaborando si es posible con los moderadores y el staff.
Me presento para ayudar si es necesario, con ilusion, y por que sinceramente, me lo han pedido en el chat. mi Intencion era no hacerlo, por que la ultima vez recibi algunas malas palabras, parece eso ha cambiado bastante, y bueno, considero que el postulado debia hacerse.
Considero que es necesaria la experiencia y conocer el chat desde hace años, no insulte nunca y no me gustan los insultos en un chat, a veces debatir pero sin insultos, creo que es primordial y necesario. moderar es ser moderado realmente.
Creo que aprendi mucho, ya que son ya muchos años cerca del chat español y sus moderadores, y como me postule hace años,  aprendi bastante de ellos y su buen trabajo. Les podria ser de muy buena ayuda. muchas gracias.  perdon, pero tuve que postularme al final.
los primeros años me costo disgustos el ser asi, ayudando sin qee lo pidan, pero afortunadamente, ahora hay muchisima mas gente implicada en que el chat sea fluido y mas educado y amable. Eso hace este psotulado mas amable realmente.
