Fmuch reacted to Therewego in 🇹🇷 Stake – Türk Kullanıcı Ödüllendirme Etkinliği

Fmuch got a reaction from Negi0602 in ongoing issue regarding the Rain system in the “Turkish” chat room.
I am writing to report several serious issues related to both the Rain system and the general state of moderation in the “Turkish” chat room.
Over roughly the last week, a user named Aldo has been sending very large Rains on a regular basis (for example 10 × 777 USD, 10 × 1000 USD, and 25 × 400 USD). These Rains are clearly intended for the Turkish community, which is why they are always sent in the “Turkish” chat room. In reality, however, an estimated 80% of the users who end up claiming these Rains appear to be either multi-accounts or users from other chat rooms who are not Turkish and have no real connection to the Turkish chat. They only show up when a large Rain is announced, claim their share, and then disappear until the next big Rain. This behavior is directly tied to a broader pattern of “chat jumping,” where people hop between different regional chats solely to collect Rain rewards.
At the same time, the Turkish chat has become extremely crowded and heavily affected by spam. Especially during nighttime hours, there are either no moderators present or only one moderator online, which makes it practically impossible to manage the situation. Users spam continuously, and the sanctions applied are far too mild—for instance, some users receive only a 1-day mute despite repeated or severe spam. This is unfair both to Aldo, who is genuinely trying to support the Turkish community, and to the legitimate Turkish users who are active and engaged in that room. It creates a very negative environment, encourages multi-account abuse, and turns the Rain system into something exploitable rather than a fair and transparent feature. The situation has become so bad that people are openly mocking it on Reddit, and the chat system itself often crashes from the load, which shows that current moderation and technical safeguards are not sufficient.
We therefore kindly request that you urgently review the recent activity and logs in the Turkish chat room, particularly around Aldo’s Rains, and take concrete action as soon as possible. In particular, we ask for:
Stricter and consistently enforced rules,
More active moderation, especially during nighttime,
Stronger controls and eligibility filters for Rain participation,
And KYC-based restrictions so that only users with Turkish KYC can write in the Turkish chat (with similar KYC rules applied to other country-specific chats such as German, French, or Indian).
What steps will you take in response to this situation? We respectfully ask you to implement tighter controls, better moderation, appropriate KYC requirements, and effective anti-abuse measures so that Rains in the Turkish chat room are primarily claimed by legitimate Turkish chat participants, rather than by abusers or multi-account users.
