Tempolog got a reaction from Juzeist in Applications for a new Turkish-speaking chat moderator!
Hello everyone!
What is your Stake username?
-Tempolog
How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?
-I'm someone who spends most of my time in front of the computer. I am always active in chat and follow up during the day. I usually spend 10-12 hours per day on the chat. I can also increase these hours if needed, i have the comfort to flex my schedule.
Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?
- We need order in every aspect of life. From the smallest to the largest, certain rules enhance quality. This is also true in chats. A moderator's role is to maintain design and order.
Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
-I've also worked as a moderator on streaming platforms before. I enjoy chatting with people, helping them with their problems, and listening to them.
Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?
-As a former psychologist, I'm good at communicating with people, both those in management and those outside of their roles. I can get along in any way. Therefore, because I'm well-versed in the rules and regulations, I haven't crossed any boundaries. Therefore, I have no restrictions in any field, including this one.
Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
-I served as a chat moderator for three streamers. I was as well-liked and respected as the streamers themselves. So, I can say I have a lot of experience.
Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
-I work whenever I am needed, and as much as I am needed. It doesn't matter if it's night, morning or noon.
In short, if you need someone who is fluent in English enough to communicate with you, fluent in Turkish enough to communicate with Turks, well-organized and disciplined, and a psychologist trained to understand people's emotional states, consider me, you won't regret it.

How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?
An average of 8-12 hours per day
Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?
Helping people with questions or problems, ensuring that conversations in the chat always remain at a certain level of respect, and facilitating smooth communication among everyone within a framework of respect.
Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
Frankly, the reason I want to be a moderator is that I spend a lot of time on this site in general. Having previously worked as a moderator for publishers and having experience working in the live support team on another gaming platform, I want to be part of Stake and help people in the chat who are new or have questions about Stake. I have excellent stress management skills, incredible mental strength, and I know my patience is just as strong.
Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?
Last year, when I first joined Stake, I mistakenly posted a message in Turkish in a foreign community, thinking I was posting in the Turkish chat. As a result, I was muted for 24 hours. However, when I explained the situation to the support team on the Stake forum, they were understanding and helpful, and immediately lifted my 24-hour mute ban. Other than that, I have never received any other bans or warnings.
Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
Yes, I moderated my friend's channel, which averages 400-700 views on Kick and Twitch, for a year. I have also been working as live support and staff at a global gaming site like EB24 since 2020.
Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
I am definitely more prepared to work nights than I have ever been. I have worked nights for almost the last five years, so I am incredibly accustomed to this situation.
