    2. How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?
    I am able to work 10 to 16 hours per day, depending on Stake’s requirements, if I am accepted for the position.
    3. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?
    The role of a moderator is to ensure that the chat consistently meets customer needs by providing timely and accurate responses while maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment. This includes monitoring all interactions, enforcing community guidelines, assisting users when necessary, and addressing inappropriate behavior or disputes with professionalism. A moderator plays a vital role in upholding the platform’s standards, fostering a positive atmosphere, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
    To be honest, I want to become a moderator for several important personal reasons.
    ~ My wife is currently ill, and I am unable to work outside for long hours, as I need to be able to take care of her.
    ~ I also have three young children who require my presence. I must be both a father and a caretaker, doing everything I can to support them during this crucial stage of their lives.
    ~ The financial pressures from the past, combined with my current responsibilities, make me value this opportunity more than ever. Because of this, I will dedicate myself fully and give 100% effort to this position.
    ~ I am highly patient and have a strong understanding of customer concerns, which I believe will help me perform effectively as a moderator.
    ~ I fully understand and respect the professionalism and reputation of the Stake brand.

    5. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?
    No, I have never been warned, muted, or banned. I always follow the rules and maintain respectful behavior in every community I participate in.

     
    6. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
    Yes, I have. I previously worked for the customer service system of a Chinese supermarket chain for two years, where I handled user communication and issue resolution. In addition, I have also worked as a moderator on several online sports platforms, gaining valuable experience in managing communities and supporting users effectively.
    7. Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
    Yes, I am.
