This is my dream car 🚗 I hope I can buy this once in my life and once I make about $1M on stake and I thought I will be able to buy it now but gradually I lost all my money in stake 😢😢 and then my dream is always a dream. I don’t know it will ever come true. 

I think we should explan a little more to begginers for example about bonuses, I myself in the beggining missed several monthly bonuses because I just didn't know they existed, Idk if it's only me but yeah just an idea

I’ve wondered the same thing. I’m Diamond I (a bit over ~12.5% into Diamond) and I honestly don’t recall receiving a “Climbing the VIP Ladder” email since becoming Diamond. I might have gotten my last one right around the transition (shortly before, or maybe right after), but it’s been quiet since.
From everything I’ve seen (and from past convos with my host), there doesn’t seem to be a fixed “you get it at X%” rule. 
What makes this confusing is the “climbing the ladder” emails feel random. In the older Stake Forum thread about these emails, you’ll see people saying they’ve gotten multiple over time, and one person even mentions getting one after “300 thousand wagered” in a month. That’s anecdotal, but it matches what a lot of us suspect: it’s not purely % progress—it’s tied to activity patterns and whatever criteria that separate marketing/VIP team uses. https://stakecommunity.com/topic/104513-climbing-vip-ladder-bonus-email/
My personal theory (not a complaint, just pattern-spotting): rewards/promos often feel closer to theoretical numbers (house edge / expected loss / wagering volume) than “what actually happened” in a given week. So if you play styles that don’t capitalize on the theoretical best RTP (or you’re playing a volatile way where your real outcome runs rough), you can end up being a “better customer” in real profit terms… while still not seeing a proportional bump in surprise promos. Meanwhile someone grinding a high-RTP path very efficiently can generate tons of wagering volume and might trigger more automated rewards just because the system loves clean, consistent volume.
That’s why I wonder if the ladder emails sometimes act like a “bad luck relief” without calling it that—especially when someone is progressing steadily but running cold. I’ve had stretches where I moved gradually and then (randomly) got multiple promo-style things close together… and other stretches where I moved faster and got nothing. No clean rule.
Also: I’m genuinely not trying to spam my host or support. They’ve been great. I rarely message asking for manual anything. I just miss the ladder emails because they’re one of the few promos that feel like a fun surprise, and it’d be nice to get one again.
If other Diamond players are willing to share data points:
What % were you at when you last got a ladder email?
Were you playing originals vs slots/live, high volatility vs grindy volume (and play style)?
Any “big wager week” right before it arrived and type of game (originals/regular slot)?

But how will we know that they added 10% in the bonus or not because there is no calculations revealed about the bonus so how will we know about it. It’s very ridiculous. Shame on Stake. It’s a very big platform and they can’t even keep there VIP players happy.
