I reached out to live chat support about my level-up, and they credited me a bonus right there. Cool, I thought that was it.
Then, out of nowhere, I get an email about a "Ladder Bonus" for Platinum II. No mention in the chat that this was the same thing – it sounded like an additional reward on top of what I already got.
When I followed up, they basically said "oh, that's what we already gave you" and closed the ticket without properly explaining or confirming if I'm missing out on anything extra. Feels shady, like they're hiding behind vague terms to avoid paying out properly.
Has anyone else dealt with this kind of confusion on VIP bonuses? Ladder Bonus vs. Level-Up Bonus – are they really the same, or is Stake just mixing things up to their advantage? I've seen posts about delayed or missing rewards before, and this seems like another example of poor support.
Stake team, if you're reading this: Fix this and credit whatever I'm owed. Don't make me escalate further – players deserve transparency, especially at higher VIP tiers.

From what I've read here and on Reddit (r/Stake), Level Up is the base reward for hitting the tier (fixed + personal boost based on wagering), while Ladder Bonuses are promo emails like "Climbing VIP Ladder" with extras ($30–$350+), and people get multiples as they progress. Support's messages use "Ladder" and "Level Up" interchangeably, but that doesn't match community experiences. Feels like they're avoiding paying the email one by saying it's duplicate. Stake, don't make them escalate further. Players deserve transparency especially at higher VIP tiers like Plat II. Just credit em whatever they are owed.
