Dear Stake Team,
I would like to express my concern regarding my Return-to-Play requests. Since 2024, every request I have submitted has been denied by your team.
Most recently, in April 2026, I submitted another Return-to-Play request. However, I was not asked any questions regarding my circumstances, responsible gambling measures, or readiness to return. Instead, my request was denied, and my restriction period was extended for another six months.
I respectfully ask for a clear explanation of the reasons behind these repeated denials and the criteria being used to assess my eligibility. I am willing to provide any information or documentation required to support my case.
I kindly request that you review my situation once again, accept my Return-to-Play request, and assist me in resolving this matter fairly. I have been patiently waiting for a positive outcome, and I would greatly appreciate your support and consideration.

After making appeal the don't even ask me question denies and hold for another 6 months that's a bad behavior by stake email support
