Here could be rephrased to "Multiple offenses will result in extended time periods of chat privileges being taken and/or permanent loss at discretion of the site." The way its written is not as objective as it could be and part where it starts with the word "and" after a comma(",") isn't considered proper.  Prob ton of small things but figured should let yall know.
