I’m posting here because I’ve been trying to understand a restriction placed on my account and I’m hoping for some clarification or help.
I’ve been a Stake player since 2021, and I’ve always been active on the platform. On August 18, 2025, I received the following message from Stake saying my account had received an “excessive amount of bonuses compared with gameplay,” and because of that my account would no longer be eligible for Stake Casino & Sportsbook promotions.
Since receiving that email, I have continued depositing regularly and playing actively on the platform. I have progressed to Platinum 1 (currently ~20% progress), which I believe clearly shows continued gameplay and loyalty.
However, the promotional restrictions have never been lifted, even though the message said the account would be reviewed regularly and restrictions could be removed based on betting activity.
Recently, I came to understand that there might be a misunderstanding involving a friend’s account. I occasionally tip my friend on Stake, and it seems this may have led to a conclusion that my account is an alternate account (alt) of his, which is not the case. We are two separate players, and the tips were simply transfers between friends.
Because of this possible confusion:
My bonus eligibility has remained restricted
My account appears to still be flagged
The review mentioned in the email doesn’t seem to have restored the perks
I respectfully ask Stake staff to re-review my account, as I believe this restriction was applied based on a misunderstanding.
I’ve been a loyal player for 4+ years, I continue to deposit and play regularly, and I would greatly appreciate having my bonus perks reinstated if possible.
If any moderator or support staff could look into this case again, I would be very grateful.
