No better time for new habits, motivation, and resetting energy!
April becomes a symbolic reset button,  a time to let go of what didn’t work and begin again with clarity, energy, and intention!
It is a wonderful sentiment, April truly serves as a natural "intermission" for the year, offering a perfect opportunity to recalibrate our focus and energy. Transitioning into a more intentional routine can significantly impact both personal well-being and professional output.

My idea is to start biking every day! Maybe to read a few books this month!

The Rabbit and the Bear
The bear had two calves. The noisy calves would always go and play in front of the rabbit’s house and make a lot of noise. The rabbit, very angry, came out and said, "Go away, or I’ll fuck your mother, you little shits!"
The small bears went and told their mother what the rabbit had said. The mother bear, very angry, said to the calves, "Go play again in front of the rabbit’s house."
They did as they were told, and here came the rude rabbit again: "You little motherfuckers! I’m gonna fuck your mother if you don’t go away!"
The mother bear, who was hiding behind a bush this time, jumped out and tried to grab the rabbit. The rabbit was fast, and the bear gave chase. The rabbit went into its hole, and the mother bear tried to get in but got stuck halfway because the rabbit hole was small.
The rabbit came out from the other end of the hole, approached the mother bear who was stuck there, and said, "I didn’t wanna do it in front of the kids…"
