Problem I have is, I didn't even get the email which means I'n not even eligible for this promo so it seems. But my friend that wagered like 10k in the past 2 years with some hundred $ deposit got the email. What sense does this make? No reward for high wager and losses but players that never use the site get it. Pure stupidity.

How to random low level players get the email with this sub offer and me, platinum 6, 2 million wager in 2025 alone, 100k wagered in July, don't even get this email? What sense doe this make? Stake gets worse week by week, I get NO bonus emails ever, my host is making fun of me and denying the party bonus payment of the level up, and now this again. How much longer until I will finally close my account and leave after so much disrespect.

Same nonsense from my host. And I don't even lack activity. This year alone I wagered over 1.5 million, got the top monthly 2 or 3 times. Yet she says she MIGHT give me something at 20%, now 17%. This MIGHT sounds like a slap in the face tbh and I already know, when I reach 20% there will be yet another excuse not to give it. She just now even had the audacity to say: "rest assured that you won't miss out on anything, since you will receive the full level-up bonus sooner or later." As if I would wager 12 million now when my life time wager in 5 years was 8 million. Obviously for 12 million I would need around 7-8 years if the speed stays that way. She is insulting me with every reply basically.

In case you didn't know, you can choose hourly or even 10 minute reload. Hourly ays much much than daily (2.5x) . So if you claim more than 10 times in a day you already make more money.

It really is so strange. When the only requirement is minimum 10% it should work just as the normal level up. I don't get it. Isn't it the same rule for every player??

The problem now is, I am platinum 6 and at 17%. I know for a fact that I should get a part of the bonus at 10%, yet my host says I am not eligible and should contact her once I am at 20%, which is another 450k wager by the way. Any other experience?

Hosts are a joke. Mine is basically giving me the middle finger every time . They recently implemented that you can get a part of your level up bonus once you are platinum 4 and up and u have a host. You can get it 10% installments. Of course my hosts says Im not eligible and can ask her when I reach 20%. Dude, that's a lot of wager. This woman is the worst and I finally asked for a change of host since I can't bear her anymore.
