I spend an average of 4–6 hours active in the chat every day. I am available both during the day and at night.
Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?
A moderator is responsible for keeping the chat safe, respectful, and well-organized. This includes enforcing the rules, guiding conversations, assisting users, preventing spam or toxic behavior, and ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for everyone.
Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
I have been an active member of the Stake community for a long time, and I want to help improve the quality and atmosphere of the Turkish chat. I enjoy helping others, solving problems calmly, and supporting a friendly community. I believe I can contribute positively and represent Stake values in the chat.
Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?
Yes, I have received warnings and a mute in the past. These experiences helped me better understand the rules and the expectations of the community. Since then, I have been much more careful and respectful, and I have not had any further issues. I believe this growth allows me to enforce the rules fairly and understand users better.
Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
Yes, I have previous moderation experience on Discord and forum-based communities. I am familiar with rule enforcement, conflict resolution, and user support.
Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
Yes, I am available at night and can work consistently during nighttime hours.
