Hi guys. I need complain about something: STAKE BRAZIL. Maybe some of you are wondering: what the hell is this? Well, due to some regulations imposed by the Brazilian govern, gambling casinos had to adapt to measures, such as avoiding tips/use of crypto, as a way to reduce money laundering. It doesn't seem that bad, right?
BUT >_> Those responsible for the stake brazil had months to create this new site, and the result was catastrophic. I will mention some of these things:
1) Of course we can play only in FIAT (BRL). Otherwise in other internacional gambling casinos i'm still able to bet with criptos;
2) We don't have CHAT. Maybe because will be a chaos, nobody like this new fully bugged site;
3) Some brazilians (who reside in Brazil) still gambling on stake.com using vpn or some shit. And the majority of the community CAN'T gamble on stake.com. They are hunting rains on portuguese chat 24 hours per day. This is crazy haha . Whatever, on stake brazil we can't caught any rains (no tips, no rains).
4) Monthly and weekly are shit right now. They considerably reduced the values of these bonuses, we have no basis to discuss, we dont know about nothing;
5) Support on new site are useless. Sometimes we need wait like 1 week to get a simple response;
6) Withdraw can be slow as fuck, like 24h or more;
7) It's almost impossible to bet on device without wi-fi, some bug with geo location. On phone works normally. The website appears to be incomplete. They changed some things, removed most of them. It looks like a website under construction that was created from anything instead copy and paste or some shit stake.com.
8- Of course we don't have more forum or majority of promos like here on stake.com. The new like looks a amateur one, a ugly copy
9) We don't have weekly codes/livestream (of course).
 
We know almost nothing about all the things I talked about. It seems stake, your team, the media (twitter), Eddie, everyone doesn't care. It's crazy because Brazil have a big community on this site and for sure deserve more attention and respect. This is completely disrespectful with the loyals and OG's.

Yeah, this is annoying asf. Thinking about change to other site, sadly. Because no one want solve this issue....

It's obvious delay happens on sport live bets. But its WEIRD how some accounts have 5 seconds delay and my account have 20.

But i have the same delay on all live sports. Just test on your account bro, for sure will be minus than 20 seconds xD.

I know but you have maximum 10 seconds delay, right? 20 seconds its absurd. 
And btw why on other accounts have 5 seconds and on mine 20? Weird.

I'm frustrated because every time I try to place a bet on any live sport it takes around 18 to 20 seconds for my bet to be accepted. The odds, momentum and context of bet can change in ONE second, imagine in 20 seconds.
I asked support multiple times and apparently there is nothing to do. On my side i can't do nothing, but I hope someone can do, because this is annoying... I asked a moderator too for make a test on his account and needs only 5 seconds to his bet be accepted.
Can someone explain it or help somehow?
PS: Isnt' my internet or device, its something with my account.
