well that is quite something iirc you should be able to at least login into the account and most of the time it is sent on withdraw only mode have you tried messaging support?

tbh it is your fault about what's happening atm you shouldn't have sent fake documents only recourse for you would be to get live support and provide real documents that way they can lift the ban.

there you go you aren't LVL KYC 2 yet and tried to withdraw just wait for your KYC 2 to finish and you should be able to withdraw that.

I call BS on this. I have had my account since I started, and I'm only at level 2 KYC. I've been able to withdraw more than $40,000 in a single week, and my biggest withdrawal is around $20,000 for a single transaction, with no problems.
