SlobodanJ reacted to Marija in How to enable 2FA
Here is a tutorial for new users to help a bit on enabling 2 factor protection.
In order to add an additional layer of protection to your account (and we highly recommend it), please follow the next steps.
Download Authy to your mobile device.
Login to your Stake account, open Settings > Security and scroll down to Two Factor to find your QR code (or simply click here: https://stake.com/settings/security). It will look like this:
            3. Now open Authy, click on 3 dots in the top right corner, and than on Add account.
            4. Click on Scan QR code.

          5. Point your camera to the QR code and scan it.

          6. After that type your Stake password and the 6 digit code from the app and click on Submit button below. (Always make sure you've typed the current code from the app)

    7. An email to inform you about this will be automatically sent to your linked email address, so you need to open it and click on the 'Enable TFA'

    8. You will be redirected back to your Stake account, so you'll see a notification informing you that your Two Factor has been enabled.

    All done!
    ------------------------------------------
Alternatively, instead of scanning QR code, you can skip the 4. and 5. step by copying the code (long string of letters and numbers) above the QR image.

Go to Authy, click on the option Enter code Manually and paste the code.

(You can use Google authenticator or any 2fa app you want. There are also similar extensions for desktop users)
After you've enabled it successfully, you would have to enter your 2fa code from the app every time you login to your account, make a withdrawal or make a vault withdrawal.
You will have the option to disable the 2fa yourself, if you still have access to your 2fa app. But in case you don't, you can always contact us on Live support to help you with it.

SlobodanJ reacted to Stake Staff in Chat Rules
    Hello, dear chatters!
As you already know, Stake has some new mods/community managers and we need to make their life a bit easier by implementing some basic Rules for you to follow and for them to be guided by. Each chat should have these and they should be followed if you want to be a valuable/respected member of the community.

Don’t spam & don’t use excessive capital letters when chatting. Don't harass or be offensive to other users or Stake staff. Don’t share any personal information (including socials) of you or other players. Don't beg or ask for loans, rains or tips. Don't use alternative (alts) accounts on chat, that is strictly forbidden. No suspicious behavior that can be seen as potential scams. Don't engage in any forms of advertising/trading/selling/buying or offering services. No discussion of streamers or KICK or any other similar platforms. Don't use URL shortening services. Always submit the full link. Don’t share codes, scripts or any other bot service. Only use the language specified in the chat channel, potential abuse will be sanctioned. No politics & no religion talk in chat, this one is strictly forbidden.
    * Sub-rules and their further elaboration are given in the "Quote" below, so make sure to read that as well, for you to be fully informed on what is allowed on Stake chatrooms and what it prohibited.
    * Moderators/support members/admins and community manages save the right to implement the rules as they see fitting and corresponding to the given situation.
    * If player has been muted multiple times over the same offense, their mute time would be extended, and it would slowly end to the permanent disabling of chat privilege, especially if their behavior does not correct after multiple warnings/mutes.
    * Rules can be changed and adjusted based on the needs of the community.
    * For some more serious breaking of our chat rules, you may be muted without being previously warned.

I hope that this post helped if you have any doubts concerning Rules implementation and that it will spare many of users from an unnecessary restrictions from our platform. If it hasn't, feel free to contact Live Support and any doubts would be clarified to you easily.

When and if you get muted, please, make an appeal on this SECTION here, and person who muted you would check it and review your case as soon as they are back online (24/48h). Thank you for your patience on this and please, do not make double-posts on that section, there is no need, you won't be replied sooner thanks to that.

Thank you for choosing Stake, and welcome! Best of luck betting! 🍀

SlobodanJ reacted to Katarina in Bet Verification (Provably Fair)
    Good day everyone!
Stake is the most fair and transparent online casino in the business. Founded by a group of industry veterans with the goal of freeing players from deceptive and shady traditional online casino practices. We vow to provide the first truly fair online gambling experience: https://stake.com/provably-fair/overview
In this thread, you will be given a detailed explanation of how to verify your bets using our verification system, but also using an open-source third-party one.
How to verify your bets using Stake verification tool:
    1. Open a bet and click on "Provable Fairness".

    2. After you do so, you will see the bet verification details, but before we proceed to the actual verification, we will need to change/rotate the seed pair! To do so, simply click on "Rotate your seed pair in order to verify this bet". Please note that it is necessary to rotate the seed pair before verification!

    3. You will then input the new client seed and click on "Change". If you want the new client seed to be randomly generated, just click on "Change" and you will be given a new random client seed.

    4. Now from the bet history open the bet you want to verify and click on "Verify bet". You can find the bet history under Account>Transactions>Bets: https://stake.com/transactions/bets

This will lead you to the "Verify" tab where you will be able to see how your bet looks like and what the outcome is. Additionally, you will see there all the bet info you need for a verification on any other verification tool that supports the games we have (game name, client and Server seed, and nonce).

*If you want to see the detailed calculation breakdown of that bet, click on "View Calculation Breakdown" and a new tab with further details of the bet will pop up:

** On the following link, you can verify any bet you wish to if you enter the needed data: https://stake.com/provably-fair/calculation
    Open-Source third-party verification tool:
The direct link to the verification tool: https://www.provablyfair.me/casino/stake-verifier/
Follow the above listed steps and then just copy and paste the data into the designated fields.

I sincerely hope this was helpful.
Should you have any additional questions or doubts, feel free to comment on this thread.
    Have a lovely day everyone!
