It is Tombstone R.I.P from No Limit City, at least on Stake and anything I have heard of. Not sure why people keep guessing haha. This assuming we exclude jackpot slots.

Pretty sure Tombstone RIP with 300,000x. I have not seen a slot higher. I have seen this 300,000x hit also, so many slot advertise a high max win that is never hit so they are fos.
