  11. Hello Stake team and community, I would like to share my recent experience and ask for advice from other players. This is the second time my poker account has been restricted. The first time, my account was unlocked after 3 days when it was confirmed that I had done nothing wrong. This time, after I requested a review, support replied that my “playing style and behavior were not in alignment with the Terms of Service.” I want to make it clear that I always play fairly: - I do not use bots, scripts, or any kind of prohibited software. - I have never done chip dumping, collusion, or multi-accounting. When I asked for more details or specific evidence, support simply told me that the decision is final, there will be no second review, and no further insight can be given. This is very concerning because: - A genuine player like me is left without any way to defend myself. - The reason “playing style not in alignment” is extremely vague. - Lack of transparency makes players lose trust in the fairness of the platform. 👉 Stake is currently the number one casino platform, and Poker was clearly introduced to attract more players and expand the community. But if Poker is managed in such a vague and unfair way, then instead of bringing in new players, it will actually push people away from Stake. I kindly ask the Stake team to reconsider this case or at least clarify what exact behavior or action violated the Terms of Service. At the same time, I would like to hear from the community: - Has anyone else experienced something similar? - How do you deal with a situation where you are restricted without clear explanation? I respect Stake as a platform, but I also believe in transparency and fairness. I hope my case can be looked at more carefully. Thank you for your time. Best regards,
