that's really the worst possible answer they could give. From what i understand reading here is also that same people got more bonuses but different amount...How TF wouldn't the team notice that a bonus mail was already sent to an address? must be some highly skilled mfrs in that team. 

if anybody should have the same chance and fair to all...with the bonus buys it should be: "ok, you got it once before, give someone else a chance", like we've learned as kids. But the mail bonus thing and rakeback system as also all transactions should 100% be totally transparent.  It's a crypto/web3 casino...since when is web3, blockchains etc not ALL ABOUT transparency? 
all i want to say is that if you are a casino in the crypto space, you should be totally honest with your users, if not, more and more people will leave..

it's a joke...i know it's not a long time but i'm active for almost 2 months now. in FEB leveled up to silver and profit (LOSS) is -around 5K after bonuses and everything. what makes me angry is that i did not had a single big hit on the originals. just feels odd and rigged. i would feel better if i only got additional 1% of the loss back after reading that inactive accounts received thousands. But i do feel really bad for all the plat players/high rollers who really spend a lot on stake and some lose a lot and are "ignored"...
It's a huge red flag for me and i'm probably not the only one. Marketing is good and everything, wanted to grind my levels here but after seeing how things are done i think i'll try another casino first.
