Indian users receive monthly crypto bonuses, some countries get St. Patrick’s bonuses, monthly post rewards prioritize US users, and subscription bonuses are also distributed—but again, we don’t receive them.
Yet we Turkish users are constantly being treated as second-class. Why? Is it because we keep depositing money anyway? Why are we being treated so poorly? Can someone please explain this to me?

While users in regions like India and the US receive exclusive bonuses like St Patrick bonus, crypto rewards, the Turkish community is consistently being excluded. Despite our high activity and long-term loyalty, we are being treated like second-class users. We demand an explanation for this regional discrimination and a fair distribution of bonuses that includes our community. Loyalty should be a two-way street—it is time the platform starts valuing its Turkish user base

I spend an average of 8 to 10 hours in the Stake chat.
The duties of a moderator are to enforce the chat rules and maintain chat order.
I have been spending time in the Stake Türkiye chat for years. Being a moderator will be a different and great experience for me.
I have received a few minor mutes and bans.
I have been a Twitch live stream moderator for Turkish streamers.
Working at night is suitable.

2) I usually spend 5–10 hours per day on the chat, depending on my availability. I can also increase these hours if needed, as my schedule is quite flexible.
3) A chat moderator is responsible for keeping the environment safe, friendly, and engaging for all users. This includes enforcing community rules, preventing spam and harmful behavior, assisting users with basic questions, resolving conflicts, encouraging positive conversation, and reporting issues to the management team when necessary. Moderators help ensure that the chat remains active, respectful, and enjoyable.
4) I have been part of this community for a long time, and I believe many people here know me, both positively and respectfully. I have also noticed that there is often an extreme workload and high activity during evening hours. I would like to assist during these times and help keep the chat organized, safe, and active.
5) No, as far as I remember.
6) Yes, I have previously moderated various forum websites and several Telegram channels. My responsibilities included managing user interactions, enforcing rules, organizing content, and ensuring a healthy and active community. These experiences helped me develop strong communication, conflict resolution, and community-management skills.
7) Yes, I am fully able to work nighttime hours. Since I live in Canada (UTC-5), my evening hours correspond to nighttime for many other regions, including Türkiye, which makes me naturally suitable for late-hour moderation.

I've been here for about 3 years, and I love Stake. I'm familiar with the rules and the site culture. I believe I'll be successful.

Yes, unfortunately But those were all during the times when I first joined and didn't fully know the rules. I haven't received any mutes in the last year. (against my will)
6- Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
In the past, I served as a moderator on two betting prediction forums.
7-Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
Since my field is planning, there’s nothing that can’t be solved with proper time–task management.
 
I would also like to mention that if you asked 100 people in the chat, I’m sure at least 80 of them would prefer me when it comes to Turkish Chat rules and overall site knowledge. I think it’s important to listen to the majority

My username is secose1. I've been active for years, especially at night, for over 12 hours a day. However, I'm not sure if this will be a formality like other moderator selections. I've observed that moderator selections are often made by selecting an active moderator or a member of the moderator's close circle of friends. So, this isn't a fair selection. We've seen people who never appear in the chat repeatedly elected as moderators. You can find out by asking veteran users in the Turkish chat room. There are many long-time users who want and need to be moderators, and I hope someone who can contribute to the chat is chosen. Since everyone pursues their own interests, it would be more appropriate to choose someone who truly cares about the chat.

A moderator’s job is to keep the chat environment organized, respectful, and in compliance with the rules; remind users of the guidelines when necessary; fairly resolve conflicts between users; and maintain community standards. Moderators help create a safer, more enjoyable, and more welcoming chat experience for everyone.
4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
Since I have been active in the Stake community for 2018, I am very familiar with its culture, chat environment, and user behavior. I want to contribute by helping keep the chat more organized and friendly. I enjoy taking responsibility, and I believe this position suits my skills and personality.
