I have a simple question/problem. A while ago, Stake ran a bunch of promotions in honor of its Birthday. I participated in all of them. As I understand it, the rules stated that if I won, the reward would be sent to the Stake user's account within 14 days of the winner's announcement. But instead of this it was just shared a link, where 20 winners can receive a prize (if they`re in the winners list). There was NO notifications about when the link with winners will be shared to receive a prize. So the problem is... it says in rules:
"If you win a Competition, Stake will display your username associated with your account on the Website (“Account”) on the Competition post thread, along with a link to a coupon to claim your Prize on your Account (“Prize”).
The Community Team may contact you via the social media platform used to submit your entry or your Account.
The Prize will be sent directly to your Account. You are responsible for providing accurate Account details. Stake does not accept liability for errors or delays due to incorrect details.
Unless confirmed otherwise in writing by Stake, your Prize will be given within 14 days of the Competition ending."
I thought that prize will be sent into account automatically (in case I won). I just suddenly found out that I`m on the winners list. And I can`t receive my fair prize of $400. Thta is really, really sadly. Especially when it`s the first time I won, but didnt receive the prize. It`s really frustrating...I wish Stake could send me the $400 of the prize I won, because $8000 prize for that event must be shared to ALL of 20 winners. This is unfair.
