I’ve exchanged enough emails with support already, and it’s always the same copy-paste line: “While we do understand the frustration...” No real help, no solution, nothing useful. Support just says they can’t do anything, which makes the whole system pointless.

A simple task that should take a few minutes turns into a full day of silence. On top of that, the support won’t even provide me with his Telegram contact, making the whole process completely useless. So what’s the point of “VIP” if the host doesn’t respond and the support can’t help? Is this normal at Stake?
