How can I post or comment on threads for Saturday’s raffles and promotions? I’m not sure as to why I can post on this thread but never Saturdays. I’ve commented on threads hoping that’ll grandfather me after a certain amount of posts but I haven’t had any luck yet.

You need minimum 10 posts on your forum account, this is your first. Replies count towards this. Once you have that you'll be able to respond to the Giveaway thread which gets created about 15 minutes before the stream.
