I received this offer:
Wager $400+ on “Only on Stake” games, unlock $60, and earn 2x VIP progress.
Stake Originals do not count. Bonus credited within 48 hours.
The problem is that there is no visible tracker anywhere showing my progress toward the $400 wager requirement.
There is no progress bar, no counter, no “$240 / $400 wagered”, no “$160 remaining”, nothing in the bonus section or stats page. So as a user, I have no clear way to know whether I have completed the requirement or not.
Right now, the only option is to manually go through bet history, filter the correct game type, ignore Stake Originals, and calculate everything with a calculator. That feels extremely outdated for a platform like Stake.
A simple improvement would be to add a tracker inside the bonus or statistics page, something like:
Only on Stake Wager Progress: $275 / $400
Remaining: $125
Eligible games only: Only on Stake
Stake Originals excluded
From a UX/dev perspective, this should be pretty straightforward: if the backend already knows which wagers are eligible for the promo, that same data can be exposed in the UI as a progress bar or counter.
This would remove confusion, reduce support tickets, and make these offers feel much more transparent for users.
Right now, I may have completed the $400 wager requirement, or I may not have — but there is no clear answer inside the site. That is the main issue.
