Actually Nobody got it even after 1 hour so mod reduced the required multi from 1000 to 800 to 500 to 63x only. Until 63x nobody was getting his numbers on keno . It's very hard to get 1kx so seeing a 1k x is like seeing someone hit a Max win on 12 mines, once in a while moment.
