Visando enriquecer o chat e a nossa comunidade, algumas normas estão sendo melhoradas e nesse tópico estaremos comentando sobre o chat de baixa qualidade.
 
Use o chat para se comunicar
Conversar, trocar ideias, compartilhar apostas, estratégias e tirar dúvidas são interações normais do nosso chat. Nós somos a favor da liberdade de expressão, mas nem tudo convém ser discutido no chat. Siga as nossas diretrizes e mantenha o máximo respeito com o outro, para assim evitar silenciamentos.
 
Evite fazer Spam de mensagens, palavras ou Emojis
Damos valor a conversas reais e interações saudáveis. Interaja de forma consistente com os outros, não seja repetitivo enviando a mesma frase ou palavra diversas vezes. Também não use apenas emojis para conversar, utilize-os para complementar sua mensagem, eles tornam sua conversa mais dinâmica. Emojis sem contexto não acrescentam em nada, são apenas Spam.
Mensagens aleatórias enviadas só para “se manter ativo no chat” ou para “receber chuvas” também entram nesse quesito. Esse tipo de comportamento é o mesmo que abusar das funcionalidades do site para vantagem própria e todos que apresentarem esse comportamento serão mutados.
Também está sendo recorrente alguns usuários marcarem excessivamente grandes apostadores ou apostadores que estão enviando gorjetas, para chamar a atenção deles ou para que eles sigam dicas de cassino. Esse comportamento excessivo também é considerado Spam e além disso também pode ser considerado como pedir dinheiro passivamente por conta da insistência. Enviar a dica apenas uma vez é mais que o suficiente. Não seja inconveniente e espere que sua dica seja solicitada, evite marcar os outros desesperadamente por isso.
 
Toxicidade não é bem-vinda
Não use o chat para agredir, xingar, ofender e usar termos pejorativos. Todos passamos por momentos ruins e não é uma atitude legal descontar a raiva no chat. De um tempo do chat se acha que não está em um momento bom para conversar.

Answer:  Espertin
2° Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
Answer: Yes, for most of my life I worked nights, so I'm used to it. I also have flexible working hours, so if necessary, I can work during the day as well. 
3° How much time can you spend on chat?
Answer: Whenever I enter the stake I open the chat to interact with people, I believe there is no standard time for my sessions, but I would put an average of 6 to 8 hours a day
4° Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?
Answer: A stake chat moderator facilitates, reviews, and guides a discussion or debate and related interactions to ensure that all content shared is appropriate and follows community rules. As a moderator, my duties involve providing discussion topics, encouraging participants to share, removing unrelated or inappropriate content, answering questions, setting group boundaries and rules.
5° Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
Answer: I want to become a chat moderator at stake because I see it as an opportunity to join a reference company in the online casino market. My objective is to help the company reach the goals set for me in the best possible way, always maintaining a healthy and happy environment.
6° Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? 
Answer: No.
7° Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
Answer: In chats on platforms equal to stake, no! but I manage a discord server, we have rules, chats and someone needs to keep the environment healthy and controlled.
