Hi, Did anyone play on Stake Blackjack tables 1,2,3,4,5..... on 31/12/2024 around 11:21 EET? I was on Table 3, and the game glitched when the last seat was deciding. After waiting 5 minutes, new players took our spots, and the round was canceled. The dealer said the issue affected all tables, and no one could sit down. I waited 30 minutes before leaving. An hour later, I contacted support for a refund of my €44 bet, but they acted unaware of the issue and asked for a game ID or round ID, but both were missing, even in my bet history on stake. I'm afraid I won't get refunded since there is no transaction. The only proof is that my balance dropped 44 euros without a reason I'm still waiting a reply from Tech team from Stake. You are right, I do aim for wagger for times like Christmas in July, Anniversary or Christmas. This month I wagered almost 250k but without losses, only 10$ maybe. I'm sitting at 270$ prize in the race (by the end of it probably 200$) and 10k away from level up bonus to Plat II Forgot to mention the streams where I have the wagger to collect all drops + weekly But yes, this should be done when it matters and to be very careful.
