im very disappointed about Stake casino. I thought they were honest even if they sick all our money easaly.
 
On April 30th 2026 it was the monthly bonus. When I woke up I didn’t notice about it , and I make a deposit of 300, loosing it in 5 min as usual and see that I have unread message in telegram telling me to get my monthly bonus . I click on it and it says you already claim this code … wtf , I thought they will fix that soon . So I check in the transaction bonus and my bonus was redeem at 09:53 in LTC ! 721.85 $ cad !! Wow ! never I will redeem a big bonus in LTC or in any crypto! I never did that . 
 
after I went to check how it was gone so I went in my bets and I’m two hands of poker all these LTC was gone . I never played a poker game on stake , nerver . I went once to try to play a sit n go but it was too long to start so I gave up , but anyway I don’t play poker . 
 
im an honest player that try to get is Diamond 1 , and I think I deserve a better treatment from this big shark that suck alll our money …. 
 
so I tried to explain that to the support but they keep on changing agent so im fed up to start the story again ( they always do the ping-pong with you when its time to tell the truth ) . I went to my vip host but no one believe me and they said its on my side that someone should have my password and my 2fa authentification code because its impossible that the system or any of they HONNEST employees can be involved in this and nothing more I can add .. they treat me like piece of s….. 
 
I start making some research and find out that I’m not the only one tht append same same issue. 
 
my vip host told me they are making investigation but nothing went through …. And ask me to make my verification again (without asking me or force me to change my password, so after all this everything I wagered to get my dayly vip bonus was clear at 0!
 
with all the ai and stats they can find for sure who took my bonus !? And who won those 2  poker Hands !? 
 
im sure they sold information or use mine together accès to my account . I’m using stake on 3 devices at home . I live alone and nobody can use my devices 100/100 sure .
