Steve is no longer my active host, so it seems that I need to wager 50k to activate a new host and then ask for that bonus, right?

I have reached Platinum 5 with 56% and have had VIP status for 3 years, but I haven’t played in a while. If possible, can I receive the 50% advance reward before reaching VIP? Do I need to complete the 50,000 wager before requesting it? The host is Steve, and he hasn’t seen my message since November 22, 2025.
