Por que você quer se tornar um moderador neste chat?
  No início, tive bastante convívio com o chat e, aos poucos, fui me aproximando mais da comunidade. Agora, completo um ano e um mês utilizando a Stake, e mantenho uma boa relação e interação constante com os moderadores. Sempre trabalhei com atendimento e auxílio, e acredito que, com minha experiência e dedicação, me sairia muito bem como moderador na plataforma.
  Trabalho há 8 anos com atendimento ao cliente, tenho total fluência na língua portuguesa(nativa) e conhecimento avançado em inglês.

  Sim, logo no início acabei desrespeitando algumas regras, sem querer. Fui silenciado, mas após receber a orientação adequada, nunca mais ocorreu e, desde então, sempre tento contribuir de maneira positiva e me tornar um participante agradável.

Why do you want to become a moderator in this chat?
In the beginning, I spent a lot of time in the chat and gradually became more involved with the community. Now, I have been using Stake for over a year and a month, and I maintain a good relationship and constant interaction with the moderators. I have always worked in customer service and support, and I believe that with my experience and dedication, I would perform very well as a moderator on the platform.
I have 8 years of experience in customer service, I am fluent in Portuguese (native), and I have advanced knowledge of English.
 
Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?
Yes, early on, I accidentally broke some rules. I was muted, but after receiving the proper guidance, it has never happened again. Since then, I always try to contribute in a positive way and be a pleasant participant.
 
Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
I don’t have direct experience with casinos and betting, but I have worked in customer support on education and edtech platforms, which gave me significant experience.
