    What is your Stake username?
    My Stake username is ozcelik06.
How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?
On average, I spend 12–13 hours a day in the Turkish chat, usually spread throughout the day and late evening. On busier days (big matches, events, or promotions), this can go up to 13–15 hours.
Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?
A moderator’s job is to keep the chat clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
    This includes:
Enforcing Stake’s chat rules and ToS (no spam, abuse, racism, begging, or promotion of other sites)
Warning, muting, or reporting users when necessary
Answering basic questions about the platform and guiding new users
Calming down conflicts and making sure discussions stay respectful
Helping create a positive, friendly atmosphere in the Turkish community
In short, a moderator protects the chat from abuse while still allowing people to have fun and talk freely within the rules.
Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
I spend a lot of time in the Turkish chat and I care about the quality of the community. Sometimes good conversations are ruined by spam, arguments, or people ignoring the rules.
Becoming a moderator would let me:
Support the existing mod team during busy hours
Help new users who don’t fully understand the rules or how Stake works
Reduce toxicity, personal attacks, and pointless arguments
Contribute to a chat where people feel safe, respected, and welcome
I’m already active, helpful and responsive in chat, so having mod tools would simply allow me to do this more effectively and with more responsibility.
Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?Yes, I was muted once a long time ago. It was a short mute and since then I have been very careful to follow all the chat rules. I learned from that experience and I actively avoid any kind of drama, conflict, or behaviour that could disturb the chat.
Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
Yes. I have experience as a moderator / admin in:
Telegram groups (crypto / betting / community chats)
A few Discord servers where I helped with moderation, spam control, and basic support
Thanks to these roles I’m used to:
    Applying rules consistently and fairly
Handling reports and disputes between users
Staying calm even when people are angry or upset
Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
Yes. I am based in Turkey (UTC+3) and I am regularly online during late evening and often until early morning. I can actively help with moderation during:
Late-night hours in Turkey, often staying online until the early morning
Busy sports / event times when the chat is more active
I understand that good coverage at night is important, and I’m ready to support the team during those hours.

    What is your Stake username?
    My Stake username is Haskenaz.
How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?
On average, I spend at least 15 minutes in the chat every day, and often longer depending on how active the chat is.
Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?
A moderator’s job is to make sure the community follows the rules, to keep the chat clean and respectful, and to help users who are experiencing issues. This can mean directing them to the right place for support or resolving their problem if possible. A good moderator should stay fair, neutral, and make the most balanced decisions for everyone.
Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
I want to become a moderator to help maintain fairness and order in the Turkish chat. I’ve been active there for a long time and I know the atmosphere, the regular users, and the common issues very well. I’d like to make the chat more useful and welcoming for both new and existing users, and ensure they receive correct information and support.
Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?
Yes, I was once muted for about 10 minutes by a former moderator due to a personal issue on their side. It was not related to breaking the chat rules.
Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
Yes. I used to host live streams on my own YouTube channel and moderated my community there. I have also managed and moderated communities on platforms such as Telegram, Kick, YouTube, and Discord, handling up to around 3,000 people on my own.
Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
Yes, I am generally most active during nighttime and I am fully prepared to moderate during those hours.
    Additional note:
I am a native Turkish speaker and I’m familiar with different dialects, slang, and styles of Turkish that are commonly used in online chats.
