Hello team as I have put many applications for working as a Sports chat moderator.. didn't get selected till now !
Would anyone explain me the reason for not getting selected.
Or STAKE choose candidate whom they know well !

2.How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?
I spend around 10-11 hours a day in the chat.
3.Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?
The job of a moderator is to promote discipline and  harmonious environment for everyone nd also encourage others to take part in various activities i.e roll hunt or trivia nd also provide guidance about the rules of the chat thereby preventing them from spamming nd other irrelevant activities and supporting the community to ensure everyone has a great experience on Stake.
4.Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
I want to become a moderator because I enjoy chatting nd spending time with different peoples across the Stake community and believe I can help keep it fun and enjoyable for everyone. I am also well-versed in the chat rules and want to help others follow them for a better experience on the platform.
5.Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?
Yes, I have been muted in the past for not knowing the rules, but I learned a lot from that experience. Now I am familiar with many moderators nd also know the rules and always make sure to follow them.
6.Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
No currently not but I would happy if get selected
7.Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
Yes, I will able to work at nighttime and have the flexibility to adapt to different shift
