Drop and win glitch?

Hey , anyone had issues with drop and win prizes ?  I had this on my screen while playing sweet bonanza 1000 and not received anything and then support team said there was no wins of that amount on that day  so is it a glitch or Stake just scamming ?

cheers , just wonder if anyone else had same issue ,because  its weird how win pop up on screen ,but they cant see win on they side  I heard lots of casino scams to not pay winnings out by saying slot glitched, etc , but those I heard was when people won millions , this is not a big win , but still would be nice

Is not a glitch. You won. Ask them for the money.

When you win... Is a glitch for them . If you lose then everything is fine on their side 🤡

I know right , they just keep saying on our side we cant see anybody won what amount at that time  so all the proof of screenshot is not enough , what else I can do?

I waited already 24h as they told me to wait and then after they just saying we cant see on they side that anyone won at that time amount on that day at all , so they cant even explain why I got that message on screen  its just normal , when you scam you cant find actual reason why not to pay , and its not like millions its just 1500$  they win than form us in second ,shameless ...

Ther was a time when stake valued to have high standards. 

 

They really did or so they wanned to apear.

Last time server got attacked. Someone hit a max win.

It took them 3 bloody months to settle that bet . First they paid him 39 bucks and hoped that he continue to play. 

Later they paid him the win 12k+

I think first stake did ther own support and also had moral values.

Now a days.. its always the player who is in the wrong.

Its almost like that screenshot must be fake. Cause stake knows no one wins

I know its jokes  and watching on Saturdays Eddie saying they are most fair and rtp is highest possible from all providers , then you go play enhanced rtp games and they rinse you  or watching streamers sitting on one game all day and game paying nothing  really best rtp  and its funny how they scam for such small amounts , ha ha thats what I said to support team , you saying I faked screenshots ? or its fake win? they say no its not fake win  but we cant see it on system

I know right  ifs had no screenshots ,fair game I have nothing to prove that I had that win , but screenshot clearly shows win , but for them its not enough  not sure how to win on stake anymore  even when you win something , you don't
