The founderĀ of etherium critized the centralized exchanges.Ā Vitalik Buterin has stated that he would like to see centralized cryptocurrency exchanges ā€œburn in hell as much as possibleā€.Ā

Particularly,Ā he thinks there’s no reason some projects need to pay $10 to $15 million in listing fees to let people trade their tokens on centralized exchanges.

Ā

Indeed many centralized exchanges do this. It’s all about šŸ’µ Ā šŸ’µ which is costly.Ā

Ā

What areĀ your thoughts about this?

I like centralized exchanges about as much as I like Vitalik Buterin.

Hopefully some rock solid easy to use decentralized exchanges will emerge.Ā  Some coins, such as Byteball, have smart contracts built in that allow you to do decentralized exchanges but the syntax is way more complicated than traditional mainstream exchanges.Ā  Still, there is hope.

I think there will be good decentralized exchanges coming.Ā

Hoping for the best for crypto
