They were saying That person wager 1 billion or something in that week. That means 200,000 ticket minimum. It is fair to be picked 8 times with those tickets and that much wager

Sometimes players with only one ticket or a few win too, it’s just a lottery and the player who won many times over had over a billion wagered, this holding the majority of tickets it’s to be expected they won atleast once or twice , hope this helps clear up some of the players doubts I’ve been noticing here since last week
